Open offer for children and adults from the neighbourhood
The Kümmelküche in Berlin-Gesundbrunnen, which opened in spring 2018, is looking forward to welcoming you and, above all, your children to its well-equipped teaching kitchen.
If you would like to experience a child-friendly cookery workshop with your school class or daycare group, you are welcome to make an appointment with us here.
The courses always take place from Monday to Friday
from 9 am to 4 pm
The Kümmelküche opens on Thursday
in the time from 16.00 to 17.30 o’clock
for children and young people who would like to learn how to cook or bake.
This workshop is free of charge.
Up to 5 children can take part.
Neighbourhood meeting place
Our Kiez Treff is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., when young and old from the neighbourhood can meet up to cook, bake, eat and get to know each other.
Funding
The opening of the learning workshops in the afternoon is funded by the Federal Republic of Germany and the state of Berlin as part of the urban development funding programme Sozialer Zusammenhalt – Zusammenleben
shaping neighbourhoods together.
