Who we are

The non-profit entrepreneurial company (limited liability) “Roter Baum” Berlin is a company in the tradition of the youth association “Roter Baum” e.V. It was founded for the fulfilment of youth welfare tasks in Berlin. It works in various areas of youth work and is recognised as an independent youth welfare organisation. It is a non-profit organisation.

We are aware that every person is valuable and must have the opportunity to realise themselves regardless of their ethnic, social and cultural background. That is why we treat everyone with respect and curiosity.

We want to recognise the world in order to use the knowledge gained for the benefit of people and nature.

We scrutinise our actions and determine our goals for the future in the knowledge of the successes and mistakes of our ancestors.

We know that this society deprives many people of their natural and social livelihoods and for this reason we actively fight against existing injustices.

We are convinced that we can improve the world through our actions.

We want to be a cultural, social and political home for young people.
