As part of Erasmus Key Action 1, our seminars and training courses offer international learning experiences for youth workers, educators and young leaders. These programmes focus on developing skills, sharing good practice and improving the quality of youth work through non-formal education.
Seminars are designed as collaborative spaces where participants discuss key challenges in youth work, explore innovative methods and network with professionals from across Europe.
Training courses are interactive learning experiences where participants develop practical skills through hands-on activities, workshops and simulations. These courses help youth workers to implement new strategies in their daily work with young people.
